Our Origins

With over 30 years in the construction industry, our founder and the creator of Realtraker™, Raj Kachu, has seen it all.

Raj has successfully managed numerous projects from bidding to delivery across the Middle East, Asia, and North America. His experience spans multiple segments of construction markets.

In 2015, Raj founded V Plan because he wanted to use his experience and knowledge to help other companies improve their workflow and management throughout each new construction project.

He created the Realtraker™ software to go alongside V Plan because he felt companies needed a better way to manage everything involved with the day-to-day tasks of overseeing construction projects. He pulled from his extensive experience and created a program that helped develop solutions to the most common problems he ran into when managing both large and small projects.
